Annulation et remboursement

Cancellations must be done directly from the booking system according to the applicable cancellation policy. In case of any technical problems, the buyer can contact bosporuscruise.com via email from the address info@bosporuscruise.com. Each tour and excursion’s cancellation policy is specifically stated on tour’s or excursion’s page. The buyer is obliged to read thoroughly all the rules and policies before completing the booking. If the Buyer completes a booking, this means that he/she agrees to admit the determined terms and conditions of the tour or excursion along with the cancellation policy. The cancellations that are made after the cancellation deadline are subject to the determined amount of cancellation penalty. The cancellation penalties are final and non-negotiable.

In case of an emergency, health problem, death of a first degree relative, force major such as war, strike, pandemic, act of God disasters (earthquake, tsunami, etc…) the buyer must contact to bosporuscruise.com immediately via email from the address info@bosporuscruise.com with the explanation of the situation along with official documents proving the force majeure situation or the emergency, health problem and death.

bosporuscruise.com se réserve le droit de modifier la date d'un circuit ou d'une excursion moyennant une notification écrite dans un délai raisonnable avant la date de départ, ou d'annuler directement le circuit ou l'excursion. L'acheteur bénéficie d'un remboursement intégral pour les réservations annulées par bosporuscruise.com. En cas de changement de date, bosporuscruise.com propose deux options : (i) l'acheteur peut annuler la réservation sans pénalité si la nouvelle date ne convient pas à son planning ; (ii) l'acheteur peut accepter le changement de date et bénéficier de tous les droits et services applicables au circuit ou à l'excursion initialement acheté, à la nouvelle date fixée par bosporuscruise.com. Dans les deux cas, l'acheteur doit informer bosporuscruise.com de sa décision par écrit. À défaut, bosporuscruise.com se réserve le droit d'annuler la réservation sans attendre davantage.

Les annulations ou modifications effectuées directement par l'acheteur auprès des hôtels, prestataires de transfert ou prestataires de circuits n'engagent pas bosporuscruise.com. bosporuscruise.com ne prend en compte que les politiques d'annulation et de modification mentionnées sur la page de bosporuscruise.com, consultables avant, pendant et après la réservation. L'acheteur est tenu de payer la pénalité d'annulation applicable au circuit ou à l'excursion concerné, indépendamment des décisions des prestataires.

Si les clients ne se présentent pas au lieu et à l'heure de rendez-vous fixés pour le circuit ou l'excursion (informations communiquées avant et pendant la réservation, et consultables sur le bon d'échange après la réservation), le cas est considéré comme une non-présentation (No Show) et l'acheteur ne peut prétendre à aucun remboursement.

In the event that the invités complain from a certain service included in their service and demand refund, they have to state their case in written form via email from the address info@bosporuscruise.com with the explanation of the situation along with official documents proving the defection of service. bosporuscruise.com discusses the issue with the supplier and decides whether the situation requires a refund or not according to the strictly determined rules and regulation that are mentioned in Conditions d'utilisation and Conditions générales that have to the thoroughly read and signed by the Buyer before completing the booking.
