Cancelación y reembolsos

Cancellations must be done directly from the booking system according to the applicable cancellation policy. In case of any technical problems, the buyer can contact bosporuscruise.com via email from the address info@bosporuscruise.com. Each tour and excursion’s cancellation policy is specifically stated on tour’s or excursion’s page. The buyer is obliged to read thoroughly all the rules and policies before completing the booking. If the Buyer completes a booking, this means that he/she agrees to admit the determined terms and conditions of the tour or excursion along with the cancellation policy. The cancellations that are made after the cancellation deadline are subject to the determined amount of cancellation penalty. The cancellation penalties are final and non-negotiable.

In case of an emergency, health problem, death of a first degree relative, force major such as war, strike, pandemic, act of God disasters (earthquake, tsunami, etc…) the buyer must contact to bosporuscruise.com immediately via email from the address info@bosporuscruise.com with the explanation of the situation along with official documents proving the force majeure situation or the emergency, health problem and death.

bosporuscruise.com se reserva el derecho de cambiar la fecha de un tour o excursión mediante notificación escrita con una antelación razonable respecto a la fecha de inicio, o de cancelar directamente el tour o excursión. El comprador recibirá un reembolso íntegro de las reservas canceladas por bosporuscruise.com. Para los cambios de fecha, bosporuscruise.com ofrece dos opciones: (i) el comprador puede cancelar la reserva sin penalización si la nueva fecha no encaja en su calendario; (ii) el comprador puede aceptar el cambio de fecha y disfrutar de todos los derechos y servicios aplicables al tour o excursión adquirido inicialmente en la nueva fecha fijada por bosporuscruise.com. En ambos casos, el comprador debe comunicar su decisión por escrito a bosporuscruise.com. De lo contrario, bosporuscruise.com se reserva el derecho de cancelar la reserva sin más demora.

Las cancelaciones o modificaciones realizadas directamente por el comprador con hoteles, proveedores de traslados o proveedores de tours no vinculan a bosporuscruise.com. bosporuscruise.com solo tiene en cuenta las políticas de cancelación y modificación indicadas en la página de bosporuscruise.com, consultables antes, durante y después de la reserva. El comprador está obligado a abonar la penalización de cancelación aplicable al tour o excursión correspondiente, con independencia de las decisiones de los proveedores.

Si los clientes no se presentan en el lugar y a la hora establecidos para el tour o excursión (información facilitada antes y durante el proceso de reserva y consultable en el bono tras la reserva), el caso se considera No Show y el comprador no podrá reclamar reembolso alguno.

In the event that the invitados complain from a certain service included in their service and demand refund, they have to state their case in written form via email from the address info@bosporuscruise.com with the explanation of the situation along with official documents proving the defection of service. bosporuscruise.com discusses the issue with the supplier and decides whether the situation requires a refund or not according to the strictly determined rules and regulation that are mentioned in Condiciones de uso and Términos y condiciones that have to the thoroughly read and signed by the Buyer before completing the booking.
