Cancellations must be done directly from the booking system according to the applicable cancellation policy. In case of any technical problems, the buyer can contact bosporuscruise.com via email from the address info@bosporuscruise.com. Each tour and excursion’s cancellation policy is specifically stated on tour’s or excursion’s page. The buyer is obliged to read thoroughly all the rules and policies before completing the booking. If the Buyer completes a booking, this means that he/she agrees to admit the determined terms and conditions of the tour or excursion along with the cancellation policy. The cancellations that are made after the cancellation deadline are subject to the determined amount of cancellation penalty. The cancellation penalties are final and non-negotiable.
In case of an emergency, health problem, death of a first degree relative, force major such as war, strike, pandemic, act of God disasters (earthquake, tsunami, etc…) the buyer must contact to bosporuscruise.com immediately via email from the address info@bosporuscruise.com with the explanation of the situation along with official documents proving the force majeure situation or the emergency, health problem and death.

bosporuscruise.com оставляет за собой право изменить дату тура или экскурсии с письменным уведомлением в разумный срок до даты начала либо отменить тур или экскурсию. По бронированиям, отменённым bosporuscruise.com, покупатель получает полный возврат средств. При изменении даты bosporuscruise.com предлагает два варианта: (i) покупатель может отменить бронирование без штрафа, если новая дата ему не подходит; (ii) покупатель может принять изменение даты и воспользоваться всеми правами и услугами приобретённого тура или экскурсии в новую дату, установленную bosporuscruise.com. В обоих случаях покупатель обязан письменно сообщить о своём решении. В противном случае bosporuscruise.com оставляет за собой право отменить бронирование без дальнейшего ожидания.
Отмены или изменения, произведённые покупателем напрямую с отелями, поставщиками трансферов или туроператорами, не создают обязательств для bosporuscruise.com. bosporuscruise.com учитывает только условия отмены и изменения, указанные на странице bosporuscruise.com, доступные до, во время и после бронирования. Покупатель обязан оплатить штраф за отмену, применимый к соответствующему туру или экскурсии, независимо от решений поставщиков.
Если гости не явились в установленное место и время начала тура или экскурсии (информация предоставляется до и во время бронирования и указана в ваучере), случай считается неявкой (No Show), и покупатель не может требовать возврата средств.
