Cancellations must be done directly from the booking system according to the applicable cancellation policy. In case of any technical problems, the buyer can contact bosporuscruise.com via email from the address info@bosporuscruise.com. Each tour and excursion’s cancellation policy is specifically stated on tour’s or excursion’s page. The buyer is obliged to read thoroughly all the rules and policies before completing the booking. If the Buyer completes a booking, this means that he/she agrees to admit the determined terms and conditions of the tour or excursion along with the cancellation policy. The cancellations that are made after the cancellation deadline are subject to the determined amount of cancellation penalty. The cancellation penalties are final and non-negotiable.
In case of an emergency, health problem, death of a first degree relative, force major such as war, strike, pandemic, act of God disasters (earthquake, tsunami, etc…) the buyer must contact to bosporuscruise.com immediately via email from the address info@bosporuscruise.com with the explanation of the situation along with official documents proving the force majeure situation or the emergency, health problem and death.

تحتفظ bosporuscruise.com بحق تغيير تاريخ الجولة أو الرحلة بإشعار خطي قبل موعد البدء بفترة معقولة، أو إلغاء الجولة أو الرحلة مباشرة. ويحصل المشتري على استرداد كامل للحجوزات التي تلغيها bosporuscruise.com. وفي حالات تغيير التاريخ تقدم bosporuscruise.com خيارين: (1) إلغاء الحجز دون غرامة إذا كان التاريخ الجديد لا يناسب جدول المشتري؛ (2) الموافقة على التاريخ الجديد والاستفادة من جميع الحقوق والخدمات المقررة للجولة أو الرحلة المشتراة أصلاً في التاريخ الجديد الذي تحدده bosporuscruise.com. وفي الحالتين يجب على المشتري إبلاغ bosporuscruise.com بقراره خطياً، وإلا فإن bosporuscruise.com تحتفظ بحق إلغاء الحجز دون مزيد من الانتظار.
لا تُلزم عمليات الإلغاء أو التعديل التي يجريها المشتري مباشرة مع الفنادق أو مزودي النقل أو مشغلي الجولات شركة bosporuscruise.com. ولا تأخذ bosporuscruise.com في الاعتبار سوى سياسات الإلغاء والتعديل المذكورة على صفحة bosporuscruise.com، والتي يمكن الاطلاع عليها قبل الحجز وأثناءه وبعده. ويلتزم المشتري بدفع غرامة الإلغاء السارية على الجولة أو الرحلة المعنية بغض النظر عن قرارات المزودين.
إذا لم يحضر الضيوف في مكان وزمان اللقاء المحددين للجولة أو الرحلة (وهي معلومات تُقدَّم قبل عملية الحجز وأثناءها ويمكن مراجعتها في قسيمة الجولة بعد الحجز)، تُعد الحالة عدم حضور (No Show) ولا يحق للمشتري المطالبة بأي استرداد.
