1. Send the brief. Date, guest count, occasion and any must-haves — one WhatsApp message or email is enough to start; no forms.
2. Receive a written proposal the same day. Vessel options at two or three price points, itemised: boat, catering per head, production, extras. Nothing bundled where your finance team cannot see it.
3. Hold the date without commitment. We hold vessels for named companies while approvals run — no deposit forfeits while procurement does its job.
4. Contract and invoice properly. Formal contract, company invoicing, and payment terms agreed in advance rather than discovered later.
5. Hand over to the event manager. From signature onward a single event manager owns your night: menus, seating, run-of-show, vendor access, wet-weather plan.
6. Run the event. Boarding is managed with guest lists at the pier, the programme runs to the agreed minute, and the boat does not leave until your last guest has.

For international companies, the entire process runs in English, and pro-forma invoices for overseas payment are standard. If your compliance team needs insurance certificates or vessel licensing documents, they are supplied with the contract, not after it.

Corporate charters price out lower than most organisers expect, because the vessel is hourly and the per-head costs are catering-driven. Three reference scenarios cover most briefs.

• Executive dinner for 10 (3 hours, Bosporus 5): vessel €720, fine-dining menu and service — typically €1,300–1,800 all-in, comparable to a private room in a top Istanbul restaurant, with a considerably better view.
• Team night for 60 (3 hours, Event Boat 3): vessel €900, buffet dinner, DJ and soft-drink package — usually €2,800–4,200 total, around €50–70 per head.
• Company gala for 250 (4 hours, Event Boat 2): vessel €2,400, full catering, staging, entertainment and production — most land between €12,000 and €20,000, i.e. €50–80 per head for a flagship-venue evening.

Autumn and spring dates offer the best availability-to-weather ratio; December bookings for company year-end parties should be placed by October. Every quote is fixed once signed — fuel, crew overtime and pier fees are our problem, not a line item that grows.

The event boats are built to be produced on, not just boarded. Sound systems on both decks, wireless microphones for speeches and stage lighting are standard on the larger vessels; LED screens for launch videos and awards decks are installed on request, tested against the boat’s power before your team arrives.

Branding travels well on the water. Company flags on the masts, banner wraps on the boarding gangway, logo projection on the salon walls and branded welcome cocktails all photograph against the skyline — send the brand book and the setup comes back for approval as a mockup. Logistics are handled fleet-side: hotel-to-pier transfer coaches for incentive groups, staggered boarding for large guest lists, security and guest-list control at the gangway, and dietary handling across halal, vegetarian, vegan and allergy requirements as a matter of course.
