Each tour and excursion’s cancellation policy is specifically stated on tour’s or excursion’s page. The buyer is obliged to read thoroughly all the rules and policies before completing the booking. If the Buyer completes a booking, this means that he/she agrees to admit the determined terms and conditions of the tour or excursion along with the cancellation policy. The cancellations that are made after the cancellation deadline are subject to the determined amount of cancellation penalty. The cancellation penalties are final and non-negotiable.

In case of an emergency, health problem, death of a first degree relative, force major such as war, strike, pandemic, act of God disasters (earthquake, tsunami, etc…) the buyer must contact to bosporuscruise.com immediately via email from the address info@bosporuscruise.com with the explanation of the situation along with official documents proving the force majeure situation or the emergency, health problem and death.

bosporuscruise.com si riserva il diritto di modificare la data di un tour o di un'escursione con comunicazione scritta con ragionevole anticipo rispetto alla data di inizio, oppure di cancellare direttamente il tour o l'escursione. L'acquirente ottiene il rimborso integrale per le prenotazioni cancellate da bosporuscruise.com. Per i cambi di data bosporuscruise.com offre due opzioni: (i) l'acquirente può cancellare la prenotazione senza penali, qualora la nuova data non sia compatibile con i suoi programmi; (ii) l'acquirente può accettare il cambio di data e usufruire di tutti i diritti e servizi previsti per il tour o l'escursione originariamente acquistati, nella nuova data stabilita da bosporuscruise.com. In entrambi i casi l'acquirente deve comunicare per iscritto la propria decisione a bosporuscruise.com. In caso contrario, bosporuscruise.com si riserva il diritto di cancellare la prenotazione senza ulteriore attesa.

Le cancellazioni o modifiche effettuate direttamente dall'acquirente presso hotel, fornitori di transfer o operatori di tour non sono vincolanti per bosporuscruise.com. bosporuscruise.com considera esclusivamente le politiche di cancellazione e modifica indicate sulla pagina di bosporuscruise.com, consultabili prima, durante e dopo la prenotazione. L'acquirente è tenuto a pagare la penale di cancellazione applicabile al relativo tour o escursione, indipendentemente dalle decisioni dei fornitori.

Qualora gli ospiti non si presentino nel luogo e all'orario stabiliti per il tour o l'escursione (informazioni fornite prima e durante la prenotazione e verificabili sul voucher dopo la prenotazione), il caso è considerato No Show e l'acquirente non può richiedere alcun rimborso.
