No separate deposit is required: you pay the full amount securely by credit card when you book online, with free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. On our Bosphorus dinner and sunset cruises you can also reserve now and pay on board by card or cash.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure with a full refund, no fees, no questions. Group bookings of 10+ guests follow a separate window communicated at booking.
Yes, official, tax-compliant invoices are issued for corporate events, group bookings and charters, with the whole event on one clear bill.
Same-day bookings are usually possible for scheduled cruises. For private charters allow 48 hours; for weddings 3–6 months; for New Year’s Eve and peak summer weekends, several weeks.

Day, sunset, morning, lunch and brunch cruises run about 2 hours. The dinner cruise runs 3 hours (20:30–23:30), the party boat about 4 hours, and swimming tours 5–10 hours as full-day charters.
The Day Cruise is daylight sightseeing with an audio guide, best for photos and value. The Sunset Cruise is a 2-hour golden-hour sail with a live guide, drinks and snacks. The Dinner Cruise is a 3-hour evening with a five-course Turkish dinner, whirling dervish, belly dance and a DJ.
Yes, every day of the year, including Ramadan and the major public holidays. Winter sailings use heated panoramic salons.
Yes, every dinner cruise package includes a reserved private table with a Bosphorus view. VIP packages add a premium front-row table with priority boarding.
Food, Drinks & Entertainment
The dinner cruise serves a five-course Turkish menu: cold and hot starters, a main course (Adana kebab, grilled chicken, sea bass or vegetarian), dessert and Turkish coffee or tea. Lunch and brunch cruises have their own menus, and the day cruise has an onboard café.
Yes, dedicated vegetarian and vegan menus, gluten-free on request, and a halal kitchen with no pork on board. Tell us your dietary needs at booking and your plate is prepared separately at no extra charge.
Depending on the package: soft drinks, tea and Turkish coffee, or local alcoholic drinks (rakı, beer, wine). VIP packages add imported spirits and cocktails. Bar service is available on all cruises.
A full Turkish night programme: the whirling dervish (sema) ceremony, professional belly dance, Anatolian folk shows, zeybek, halay, horon and a Caucasian dance, closing with a live DJ set and open dance floor.
No, the Sema performance is included in every dinner cruise package, performed live on board during dinner. There is no standalone "Sema cruise" ticket.
Departure, Transfers & Practical Info
Most cruises depart from Kabataş Pier on the European side, 5 minutes from the T1 tram and F1 funicular. The Day Cruise meets at Sultanahmet Square and boards at Ahirkapi Pier; the Morning Cruise departs from Eminönü.
It is included on selected dinner cruise packages and available on request for others, covering Sultanahmet, Taksim, Beyoğlu, Şişli, Beşiktaş and most central districts, plus Kadıköy and Üsküdar.
Smart casual works for every cruise. Bring a light jacket for the open deck, it can be windy on the water even in summer, and comfortable shoes for the top deck.

Groups, Children & Weather
Yes, children aged 3–12 join dinner cruises at a discounted child rate and folk shows are family friendly. Boats have railed decks, life jackets in every size (including infant gear) and kids’ menus on request. Children under 3 travel free.
Yes, from intimate yachts for 10 guests up to event boats for 600, with custom routes, menus, decoration and entertainment. Charters start from €140 per hour; see Group & Private Events for weddings, corporate nights, birthdays and proposals.
Cruises operate rain or shine on covered, heated decks. If severe weather closes the strait, your booking is rescheduled or fully refunded at no cost.
Smoking is permitted only in designated open-deck areas. Outside food and beverages are not allowed, and pets cannot join the scheduled cruises.
