Timing control. Group sailings depart at set hours. In midsummer the sun sets after 20:00, so a 18:30 sightseeing sailing finishes in full daylight and misses the golden hour entirely. A private boat can leave at 19:30 and be in the middle of the strait at exactly the right moment.
