Everything you need to know before booking your vegetarian Bosphorus dinner cruise.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

How does hotel pickup work?

Complimentary pickup from hotels in Fatih, Beyoglu, Sisli, and Besiktas. Our driver contacts you via WhatsApp on the day to confirm your pickup time (usually 20:00–20:30). Drop-off to the same location is included.

How long is the cruise?

The cruise lasts approximately 3 hours (boarding at 21:00, return around midnight). Including hotel pickup and drop-off, plan for about 4–4.5 hours total.

What should I bring?

Bring your booking confirmation (digital or printed) and a valid ID or passport. We recommend a light jacket for outdoor deck areas, especially in spring and autumn.

What is not allowed on board?

For the safety and comfort of all guests:

  • Outside food and beverages
  • Pets (except certified service animals)
  • Smoking indoors (outdoor area available)

Can I bring children?

Yes! Children are welcome. Kids aged 0–6 are free and children aged 7–12 receive a discounted rate. The entertainment includes live music and a DJ — it can get loud later in the evening.

What if I have dietary requirements?

This is a fully vegetarian menu featuring falafel and pasta options. For specific allergies (gluten-free, nut-free, etc.), please inform us at least 48 hours before your cruise.

What happens in bad weather?

Our yacht has fully enclosed indoor areas, so the cruise operates rain or shine. In rare cases of severe weather, you’ll be offered a full refund or a new date at no extra charge.
